Kelly Sigler Patterson, Biomechanics II Workshop/Lessons
July 20, 2014 @ 1:30 pm - 5:30 pm
In Biomechanics II you will learn exercises to help your horse develop more athleticism. Learn how to do lateral movements with ease, and how to improve transitions for increased balance. In addition you will gain an understanding of the proper tempo of each gait, and learn how to execute them.
You can take this as a continuation of Saturday’s Biomechanics I or as a stand-alone workshop. It is open to anyone who wants to have better balance, a deeper seat and a more effective riding position. You do not need to be studying Natural Horsemanship to benefit from this workshop, but it would be helpful if you have an understanding of their principles.
Cost: $200 including day stall for your horse, with hay and shavings. You are responsible to maintain and strip your stall. Turn out may be available, but not guaranteed.
Auditors: $25
Overnight accommodations: $30 per person per day of a shared bunkroom or camping/camper/trailer.
