Brenda Ladd’s Ropes Course for the Horse is designed to be a provocative look at how, where and when you can place a rope, strap, hobble or harness on your horse. Can they wear it at a stand still, at a walk, at a trot? Can they wear it on any part of their body?

And why does this matter anyway? Come and find out how your horse can be braver, calmer and safer once they can learn to think through the emotion this type of confinement brings up.

Mornings we will delve into theory and play with the concepts with our horses. Afternoons we will head out to the trails to expand our horsemanship. Sunday morning we will have a “lead by [insert horse part] challenge.”

The cost of this 2 day clinic is $300. This all-inclusive price includes one participant spot, stall for one horse, and accommodations in our bunk rooms or electric for your LQ horse trailer or camper. Meals are separate.
